it is the collective conscieousness of moral failure

tolierance in the past it means-

that we should bear with others that belive diffrently.

tolierance now means-

we cannot disagree with others and everyone is right.

absolutes in morals do not change with time and situations but moral relativism says that standards and moral change with time and the situation.
