Edge or Line

Geometry that divides and borders faces.

Face or Polygon

A two-sided, flat surface bound by at least three lines.

Google Earth

Online environment that performs best when models are created with this in mind.

Google SketchUp

A site where you model a three-dimension.

Model

A three-dimensional representation of a person or a thing or of a proposed model structure, typically on a smaller scale than the original.

Modeling

The art or activity of making three-dimensional models.

Geo-Reference

A certain place or a location on earth.

Save

Computing act of saving data to a store location, usually the hard drive

Save As

Allows to chose you a location of where you want to save it

Texture Material

Images or colors that are applied to faces.

Low Poly

Using a minimal number of edges and faces to limit file size and increase computer performance.

File Size

The amount of space your file uses on your computer. Models must be under 10MB to be uploaded in the 3D Warehouse.
