CAV 1+2, parainfluenza, bordetella, mycoplasma bacteria

Epidemiology

Where dogs group inside, poor air quality, stress, barking

Pathogenisis

Aerosol, fomites

Clinical Signs

dry, hacking, whooping cough, sneezing.

Tx

Isolation, strict disinfection, antibiotics/antitussives

Px

Excellent if upper
Fair to good if lower

Prevention

Vaccines - intranasal 10 days before exposure, IM annually.
