Longtitude

• Also known as meridians
• Runs north - south
• Over the globe
• Farthest apart at the equator
• Come together at the poles
• 0 degrees longitude - Prime Meridian
○ Eastern Hemisphere
○ Western Hemisphere
• 180 degrees longitude - International Date Line
