North Pole |
90 degrees North. |

90 degrees South. |

Global Address |
Involving the entire world; marking the final destination. |

Birth Rate |
The birthrate is often expressed as the number of live births per 1,000 of the population per year. |

Death Rate |
The number of deaths in a population's given place and time. |
|
Fertility Rate |
The average size a family can have. |

Life Expectancy |
The probable number of years remaining in the life of an individual. |

Immigrant |
A person who migrates to another country, usually for permanent residence. |

Emigrate |
A person who emigrates, as from his or her native country or region. |
|
Net migration Rate |
The difference of immigrants and emigrants of an area in a period of time, divided (usually) per 1,000 inhabitants (considered on midterm population). |

Population Pyramids |
A graph showing the distribution of a population by sex, age, etc. |
|
Replacement Rate |
Total fertility rate (TFR) that is not high enough to replace an area's population. |
|
Infant Mortality Rate |
The number of babies that die before the age of one between 1,000 families |
|
GDP (Gross Domestic Product) |
Total Value of goods+services produced in a country. |
